Taking Flight

I recently finished a painting for Dutchland Galleries, "Taking Flight."  I was inspired by all the hot air balloons I've seen lately in Lancaster County.

Apple Cider Hill

Each fall my family travels to Wellsboro for a time of relaxation out in God's beautiful creation.  We enjoy hiking the Grand Canyon, PA, seeing the gorgeous fall leaves and browsing  through all the little shops in town.  We also stop in the town park to see the Wynken, Blynken and Nod fountain.  One other stop we make is to a little cider mill just outside Wellsboro on the way to Mansfield.  We stock up on apple cider, jellies, apples, and sometimes, if we're lucky, there will be fresh apple dumplings.

New Fall Art Display at S. Clyde Weaver Cafe
